Cancellation policy
At BALANCIA TEXTILES PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that you may sometimes change your mind. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Please include your Order ID and reason for cancellation in your request.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange as per our Refund and Returns Policy after you receive the item.
3. Prepaid Orders
If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4.Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- There are issues with payment processing
- Shipping to your location is not available
- There is a pricing or technical error
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
